Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at crtsocial.com (the "Site") and any consulting or mentorship services ("Services") provided by CRT Marketing Limited, trading as CRT Social ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14809792, with registered office at 61a Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.
By using the Site or engaging our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
We provide private consulting and mentorship to business owners and organisations. The specific scope, deliverables, duration and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before the engagement begins. This Site is for information and enquiries only and does not constitute an offer to contract.
2. Enquiries and engagement
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take you on as a client. An engagement begins only once both parties have agreed terms and fees in writing.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and confirmed in writing. Payment terms, schedules and any deposit requirements are set out in the engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. No guarantee of results
Our Services provide guidance, strategy and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, revenue, audience growth or result, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation and market conditions.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the individual engagement agreement. Where no such terms are agreed, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are unaffected by these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, and all frameworks, materials and methods we provide, remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You may use materials we provide for your own internal business purposes only.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of an engagement and use it only for the purpose of that engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
